Partnership group founded in 2007 as part of the Regional Economic Development Scheme – “J’innove en Nord-Pas de Calais”. The aim is to support innovation and to promote research throughout the region.
With its 70 structures (universities, colleges of university level specialising in professional training (grandes écoles), competitiveness clusters, CCI, professional poles), the group will provide those companies working on innovative projects with experts, who can support and help their projects to progress until they are finally achieved. It also contributes to promoting research in 300 laboratories in the region through regional, national and international companies.
Contributing towards turning ideas into products, processes and new services, so as to create value and increase the competitiveness of companies in national and international markets, is the sole purpose of “J’innove en Nord-Pas de Calais”, with the added desire to open out into Europe.
What we do:
How we can help:
The work of “J’innove en Nord-Pas de Calais” is recognised and appreciated at its fair value as in November 2008 the group was awarded the European Regional Champions award in the “Innovation” category. This award, which was issued by the magazine, ‘The Parliament’, together with the Committee of European Regions, underlines the motivation on the ground by the players of “J’innove en Nord-Pas de Calais”, who also combine their strengths and knowledge of the networks to assist each innovative project manager and entrepreneur.
The group will now become part of a European high-powered unit, which can draw inspiration from its operation.
